1 Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in this terms and conditions document are described below. Understanding these definitions is important, as they define the legal relationship between you and on4t.

Key Terms

• "Platform" refers to the on4t website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "User" refers to any person who has registered on the on4t platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on the on4t platform.
• "Money" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), which is the sole transaction currency of this platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, cashback, or special benefit provided to users by on4t.
• "Terms and Conditions" refers to this document, which may be updated from time to time.
• "Fair Play Policy" refers to the rules ensuring fair and unbiased gameplay across all games on on4t.

In this document, plural words include the singular and singular words include the plural, where the context requires.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and enjoy services on the on4t platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria.

Age and Identity

• The registrant must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• on4t reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.

Registration Process

• During registration, you must provide your correct mobile number, name, and other required information.
• Once registration is complete, you may be required to complete a verification process.
• on4t reserves the right to approve or reject an account without displaying any reason.
• Anyone whose previous account has been banned or cancelled may not open a new account.

3 Account Security and Password

Keeping your on4t account secure is your own responsibility. Follow the guidelines below to protect your account from any unauthorized use.

Password Protection

• Always keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone — not even on4t staff.
• Use a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• It is recommended that you change your password at regular intervals.
• Do not use a password on on4t that you have used on any other website.

Account Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, even if carried out by a third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• on4t will never ask for your password by email or phone; treat any such request as suspicious.
• Always log out after using a public computer or someone else's device.

4 Financial Transactions and Payments

All financial transactions on the on4t platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We use Bangladesh's leading mobile banking platforms for secure and fast payments.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Use the correct transaction reference and mobile number when depositing — on4t is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• Depositing under a third party's name or from someone else's bank or mobile account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Before approving a withdrawal, on4t reserves the right to verify identity, check that bonus conditions are met, and conduct fraud checks.
• In cases of suspicious activity, on4t reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

on4t complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If suspicious financial activity is detected, on4t is responsible for notifying the relevant authorities, and the user's account may be temporarily suspended in such cases.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

on4t offers bonuses and promotional offers for its users. However, each bonus has its own terms that need to be read carefully.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and each user may receive it once.
• After receiving a bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawal.
• If bonus misuse or a breach of terms is proven, the bonus will be forfeited.

VIP Cashback Program

on4t's VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

General Bonus Terms

• on4t reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• The same offer cannot be claimed across multiple accounts, or from the same device or IP address.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering conditions are met.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means will be cancelled and the account may be banned.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the on4t platform are operated with a guarantee of fair and impartial outcomes. Fair play is our core principle.

Game Outcomes

• All games on on4t use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps outcomes completely random and impartial.
• Game outcomes are not predetermined or controlled by on4t or any user.
• Game rules and payout information are available on each game's own information page.

Dispute Resolution

• If there is a dispute about a game outcome, our support team must be notified within 24 hours.
• on4t will resolve disputes by reviewing server logs and game records.
• on4t's decision will be considered final.

Connection Issues

• on4t is not responsible if an internet connection is lost during a game.
• For incomplete games, the final outcome will be determined according to server logs.
• Ensuring a stable internet connection is the user's responsibility.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the on4t platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the account being immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

Fraud and Manipulation

• Using any software, bots, hacking, or other technical means to influence game outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits.
• Exploiting weaknesses or bugs in the gaming system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus conditions through betting patterns.

Account-Related Prohibitions

• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of another person.
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Financial Crime

• Attempting to launder money or illegal funds through on4t.
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment cards.
• Conducting chargeback fraud.

8 Responsible Gaming

on4t believes that gaming is an entertainment activity — not a financial solution. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

Self-Control Tools

• Users can set their own deposit limits, bet limits, or session time limits.

Signs of Problem Gaming

9 Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or publishing any content from on4t without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying any software on the platform is not permitted.

• The software and content of third-party game providers are the property of those providers, and their respective license terms apply.

10 Limitation of Liability

on4t is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, on4t's liability will be limited in the following cases.

Technical Issues

• on4t is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• on4t is not responsible for delays caused by issues with third-party servers or payment providers.
• Losses arising from unforeseen technical errors are capped at the user's account balance at the time.

Legal Limitations

• on4t is not responsible if online gaming is illegal in the user's jurisdiction and the user continues to use the service regardless.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

on4t reserves the right to close or suspend any user's account. Details are described below.

Account Closure by on4t

• In the event of any violation of these terms and conditions.
• On suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• If false identity or information is provided.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (prior notice will be given).

Account Closure by the User

• Any user may close their account by notifying the support team.
• An opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance will be provided before the account is closed (provided any bonus conditions have been met).
• In the case of self-exclusion, it is not possible to reopen the account before the specified period has elapsed.

12 Changes, Updates & Governing Law

on4t reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time.

Notice of Changes

• Users will be notified of important changes via email or a platform notification in advance.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered as your acceptance of the changes.
• If you do not agree with the new terms, stop using the platform and request account closure.
